We at Davis & Graeber Insurance Services, Inc. value you, your business & your privacy. As part of our continuing efforts to safeguard your personal information, we are sending this notice to help you understand what types of information we may collect about you, what we do with the information, & with whom we might share it.
Although our privacy policy applies to both current and former customers, we will send you a privacy notice annually, as long as we continue to do business with you. We will also notify you if we make any changes.

- in connection with the quoting of your insurance, the processing of transactions or the servicing of your business
- pursuant to joint marketing agreements with others
- if you authorize or agree to such disclosure

The nonaffiliated third parties with whom we might share your nonpublic personal information include attorneys who may be defending you in lawsuits, & legal & regulatory authorities.
We do not sell your nonpublic personal information to other companies for their own marketing purposes.
HOW DO WE PROTECT THE CONFIDENTIALITY & SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION?
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those who may need access to that information for legitimate business purposes. We maintain physical, electronic, & procedural safeguards designed to ensure the privacy of your personal information, & we monitor these security protections on an ongoing basis.
